About Us

Hi there! We’re Sandra and Alex, it’s great to have you here. We started roasting our own coffee in 2019 when we had a hard time finding light roast coffee in the Pacific Northwest. From our single-barrel Behmor coffee roaster, we soon we found ourselves providing coffee for us, our neighbors, and our coworkers, and we knew we had something.

Wishful Roasting Coffee Co. was officially started in 2020 as a way for us to support our communities where we’re from, where we’ve been, and where we are today. It has been a dream of ours to make delicious, sustainable, small-batch coffee for a cause available and accessible, combining our passion for good coffee with our desire to give back. We’re still using single-barrel Behmor roasters to make this dream a reality, one batch at a time.

Our mission at Wishful is to provide premium, small-batch, sustainably-sourced coffee for a cause.  For every bag of coffee sold, we will donate 20% of proceeds to charitable organizations and causes, so rest assured that your morning (or afternoon) cup of coffee not only tastes good, but does good, too.
